Why are our vehicles  more competitively priced  than the major dealerships 

We purchase a large number of vehicles from the manufacturers each year and receive fleet discounts which a retail customer purchasing a single vehicle would never receive. We have also negotiated excellent finance rates through our finance partners, which we pass on to you the customer. Your local garage has contractual commitments to manufacturers but at World of Vans Ltd we are truly independent and offer you the best vehicle for your budget regardless of the badge.

Do the advertised prices include VAT?

No, all prices unless otherwise stated exclude VAT.

Are the vans advertised new?

Unless specifically stated all vans offered for sale on this website are brand new. Occasionally vehicles may be pre-registered however it will still be a brand new van with delivery mileage only. Please ask a member of our team for more details.

Will you accept my current van as a part exchange?

If World of Vans Ltd were to take your old vehicle in part exchange we would only be able to offer you 'auction' prices which is not going to get you the best price possible. All our new vehicles are delivered free of charge in the UK by a registered dealer which don't offer any pickup facility for your old van.

If you see a new van that you want we are more than happy to hold the vehicle and price for 2 – 3 weeks to allow you time to successfully sell your current van. If you require any advice during this process simply let one of our sales specialists know! We will consider any vehicle as a part exchange however we may only be able to offer trade prices.

Where is my log book?

With Contract hire the V5 log book is retained by the finance house as you are only renting the vehicle for a fixed period. With other methods of finance we may also retain new vehicles log books. See Terms & Conditions – Log Books

Do I need a deposit to order a van?

Yes, we require a £500 deposit to be paid on debit or credit card upon placing your order.

I'm concerned about dealing with an Internet based company…

In order to offer finance our company, World of Vans Ltd has to obtain authorisation by the Financial Conduct Authority ,through a rigourous vetting process. Our licence number is 726017 . You can search the FCA  register yourself – F.C.A. Register – and enter our licence number.

Our finance partners are selective about whom they do business with and we have a good number of established relationships with these companies which are displayed on our finance page.

In addition we are a Network franchisee  who have a rigorous selection process for all of their franchisees and all members are affiliated to the trade body for vehicle leasing – British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association (BVRLA). This ensures we adhere to a strict code of conduct and combined with ongoing training and an annual audit which means that when you are dealing with our company, you will receive the level of service you would expect when dealing with the world's leading leasing company.

Will my payments be secure?

You can be assured that all payments made for vehicles through World of Vans are 100% secure.

All new vehicles are secured with a £500 deposit which is fully refundable if finance for the vehicle can’t be arranged. This initial deposit is taken over the phone using a standard debit or credit card, all credit card payments are insured by your card provider for added security.

Full payment for the vehicle is taken the day before delivery is scheduled, this process is usually handled by a bank (BACS) transfer with is also completely secure. Once payment has been verified at our end the vehicle title will be transferred into your name.

How will my new van be delivered?

All of our vehicles are sourced using large fleet discounts from Manufacturer UK dealer networks and the majority will be delivered to your chosen address by these franchised dealers.

Is there an excess milage charge on my financed van?

Where you see excess mileage mentioned it relates to a contractual restriction – usually Contract Hire or Lease. Our other finance methods such as Hire Purchase , do not have ANY mileage restrictions.

Can World of Vans provide a  maintenance package  with my vehicle ?

We can add a maintenance option to any Contract Hire agreement and it is simple and very cost effective, the additional monthly cost of the maintenance can be simply added to the Monthly Payment for your vehicle.

We would recommend a fully comprehensive vehicle ‘Maintenance’ Package to our customers as it covers the costs of:

  • Fixed Cost Budgeting
  • Covers all Manufacturer Servicing for the duration of the contract
  • Covers all Mechanical and Electrical repair
  • Tyre Replacement* (Premium Branded Tyres)

What if my vehicle arrives and there's a problem?

If your vehicle arrives and you feel there is a problem, firstly you must mark it on the delivery note which the driver will ask you to sign. Then contact a member of staff at World of Vans Ltd who will record the problem and ensure this is rectified. If there are any problems after the delivery driver has left, you must contact us immediately.

Where would I get the vehicle serviced?

If you have taken a maintenance contract with ourselves, your vehicle will be serviced by your local dealership and we will look after the reservation etc . If you have opted for a non maintained contract your vehicle can be serviced by any garage provided the garage uses the manufactures genuine parts.

Where do I take me vehicle if it needs any warranty work ?
You can take the vehicle to any of the manufactures dealer network garages and they will complete this warranty work and if you have a maintenance package with your vehicle call our offices and we will arrange everything .
